This client wanted to take full advantage of their large block, nestled in the prime central location of Chiefly, ACT. With an established property already on site and no design in mind Achieve Homes managed the process from beginning to end, including demolishing the existing property, design, approvals, construction and sales and marketing.
The 1076m2 parcel of land allowed us to design townhouses between 173m and 187m under roofline, allowing maximum return on investment for the client. The resultant three-bedroom homes featured two living areas, double garages and private outdoor areas. Using a combination of contemporary materials and design aspects, the northerly-facing properties incorporated raked ceilings with highlight windows to maximise sunlight and create a greater sense of space and luxury.
Additional features include 2.7m-high ceilings on the ground floor, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, 2000L rainwater tanks and a minimum energy rating of 6.4. Every aspect was considered to ensure a sound investment for the client.
By allowing Achieve Homes to take care of the entire process, maximising the land usage and including an exceptional level of inclusions, the client was able to on-sell two units and retain one unit as a rental, making the best of the investment.
