Achieve Homes took on the challenge of creating seven outstanding terraces with a high level of inclusions and generous living areas in the new suburb of Throsby. Terrace sites usually present issues in terms of size and value for money, but we were more than up for the challenge! The site required not only boundary-to-boundary construction but garages to the rear of the home as well.

We created a custom design that consisted of five terraces with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and rear-loaded double garages, and two terraces consisting of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and rear-loaded double garages. Each feature two-storey living, with 2.7m ceiling on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor, making them perfect for both first-home buyers and savvy investors. Inclusions such as 20mm stone benchtops, floor-to-ceiling tiles and LED lights throughout added a touch of sophistication.

Modern façades and value-packed inclusions, as well as functional living areas, ensured these terrace homes sold off the plan in a very short period, satisfying the need to create a value-for-money offering without compromising on quality, inclusions and space.
