We started from scratch with this townhouse complex, building on an empty block to create nine outstanding homes that are now ready to be lived in or rented out with great returns.
Eight of the nine feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage, while the remaining home include a fourth bedroom, perfect for family living. The existing block of land was home to a large tree at the front of the property, which we retained and protected to create a fantastic outdoor area.
Our team looked after every element of this project, starting with an architectural design created to suit the block, through to sales and marketing, approvals, and construction, with all nine houses sold within six weeks. In design, northern orientation was carefully considered to take advantage of aspect, resulting in high energy ratings. This was paired with energy-efficient materials and inclusions such as LED down lights, induction cooktops, heat pump hot water systems, rainwater tanks and energy efficient external materials.
These were not your typical townhouses – every aspect was considered from the large double garages, under roofline alfresco, walk-in butlers parties with stone benchtops, high ceilings and generous living areas, including bedrooms with walk-in and built in robes.
