After visiting the display home which featured 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and 3 living areas, the clients were in love. However, they wanted to make this home their own by making a few minor customizations. They found no need for the additional powder room, but loved the idea of a T-shaped ensuite that would feature a large double vanity hiding an open shower on one side and a private WC on the other. In addition, the block had a perfect northern orientation which the client wished to take advantage of while still addressing the corner block requirements. By allowing the client to make modifications to our master design, we were able to tailor their home to perfectly suit their lifestyle.
