A residential only development of 350 dwellings on 20 hectares of predominantly gently sloping land, Ginninderra Estate has magnificent views of the Brindabella Mountain Range, from the Estate to the Southwest and around to the Northwest.
It is one of the few estates that is neighboured by such an enormous amount of green space. Ginninderra Estate adjoins the Belconnen Golf Course and includes a childrens’ playground and fitness trail with exercise stations.

Ginninderra Estate is only a few minutes walk from the Golf Course Clubhouse, and Kippax and Westfield Belconnen shopping centres are both only a short drive away. It is probably a lot closer to the City than you may think – you only need to travel through two sets of traffic lights and you’ll arrive in the City in less than 15 minutes.
