As first home buyers with their own block of land, the clients had a strict budget to stay within while getting their foot into the property market with a 3 bedroom home to call their own. After meeting with several builders who turned them away due to budget constraints, the client approached Achieve Homes. We took the time to sit down with the client to work out what is important to them and how we can work together to achieve their dream while maintaining their budget.
